Julia, an experienced Aromatherapist, Reflexologist, Spiritual Healer and Teacher, created this self-contained therapy centre and its surrounding gardens as a centre of healing and learning, dedicated to the love and care of all its visitors. Men come here too.

For stress that’s been sitting in the shoulders for years.
For sleep that isn’t quite right.
For a mind that won’t switch off.
For the feeling of being constantly “on”.

A little review we loved reading…

My wife has been ranting and raving over this place so thought I'd leave a review on her behalf. She said she has the most amazing experience and the sanctuary is so peaceful and calming. She had couple of treatments done and came home so relaxed and happy. Might have to send her there more often!

Hot weather can look “nice” on the outside, but it can be a real stressor for the body. If you’re feeling wiped out, irritable, light-headed, headachy, or more anxious than usual, it might simply be heat load.
A few gentle ways to support yourself:
Hydrate little and often (water is good, but so are electrolytes if you’ve been sweating)
Cool the pulse points: wrists, neck, behind knees, ankles, cool cloth for 60 seconds can calm the system
Shade and airflow over force: curtains closed during peak sun, fan on, light layers
Eat lighter: smaller meals, more watery foods (cucumber, melon, yoghurt)
Slow the pace: heat is a load on the body, do the essentials and drop the rest
Quick calm reset: feet on the floor, exhale longer than inhale for one minute
If the heat is getting to you, take it as a cue to dial everything down and get yourself somewhere cooler and calmer, your body will thank you.
