What an amazing day out on the water with our Mind Over Mountain Group! 🌊🏄‍♂️ Plenty of laughs, a few wobbles, and lots of paddle boarding fun. Everyone jumped in, supported each other, and most importantly made it safely back to shore! 💙

Days like these remind us how powerful being active, connected, and outdoors can be. We had an absolute blast and we’re already counting down the days until the next adventure. 🚀

After an incredible few months, we’ll be taking a short break from 14th June – 19th June for some much-needed rest, maintenance, and a site clean-up.

We want to say a huge thank you to every single person who has visited, supported, shared, recommended, and been part of the Mind Over Mountain journey so far. Your support means the world to us.

This short pause will allow us to recharge, refresh, and come back ready to continue providing the best contrast therapy experience possible.

We’ll be back up and running from 20th June, refreshed and ready to welcome you back.
