Come and join me for this great outdoor meditative Sound Bath.
Let the sounds of nature merge with the sounds of gongs, crystal bowls, tibetan bowls and chimes.
Relax back and release tension and stress. Feel the vibrations wash over and through your body mind body and soul.

Bring a yoga mat or camping chair, and a blanket, and anything else that will make this experience more comfy.

🌸 Intention Setting Sound Bath 🌸

Tuesday 9th June | 7:00pm

£12 per person

Take some time for yourself and join us for a deeply relaxing and restorative Intention Setting Sound Bath.
The evening will begin with an opportunity to set a personal intention, something you wish to welcome, nurture, release, or focus on in your life. Your intention will be placed in a special pouch and held throughout the sound bath, allowing you to connect with it as you relax and receive the healing vibrations of sound.
Immerse yourself in the soothing tones of gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes, creating a peaceful soundscape designed to calm the mind, ease tension, and promote inner balance and wellbeing.

At the end of the session, your intention will be lovingly hung on the Affirmation Tree in a small pouch, symbolising your commitment to growth, positive change, and manifestation.

Camp beds, cushions, and blankets are provided for your comfort. If you would prefer an armchair, please let us know when booking.
