It was so amazing yesterday having a full afternoon of Access Consciousness healing sessions 🙏🏼

Thank you to everyone who came with an open mind (I know it can feel a little “out there” or woo woo at first 😂).

It genuinely makes me so happy to see people arrive feeling a bit out of sorts… and leave lighter, brighter, and more like themselves again 🥰

I’ve been clearing my phone and stumbled upon this absolute gem… 🤣

Possibly the best video ever made.
Nothing spiritual, nothing deep… just pure funzies.

It’s giving full-on Godzilla vibes 😂

Although… maybe there is a little reminder in here — laughter really is the best medicine. It can shift even the heaviest mood in seconds… if we let it and don’t take ourselves quite so seriously.

This masterpiece was filmed by Sophia when she was just one 🥹
She went through a phase of stealing my phone and filling it with random treasures — feet, ceiling shots, her gorgeous double chin… all the good stuff 😂

And somehow… she figured out slow-mo.
I still don’t know how to do that. Actual genius.

🌿 Happy Earth Day beautiful beings 🌍💚

Have you noticed how incredible nature feels right now?
The grass is lush, the air smells delicious… and the bluebells are just about still here 😍

So I couldn’t resist…

This Saturday I’m taking our practice outdoors for a special
✨ Meditation & Forest Bathing session ✨

And yes… we’ll be sitting amongst a sea of bluebells 💙

There’s something about being in nature that makes it so much easier to slow down, breathe deeper, and let your mind settle. It’s like the nervous system just goes… ahhh, thank you 😌

When I ran these last year, everyone said how different (and easier) it felt to quiet the mind outside — nature really does a lot of the work for us 🌿

And this might be our last chance to catch the bluebells this year
