Shivani is a certified Pilates teacher who is passionate about health and fitness. Shivani offers small group classes and private sessions at her lovely tranquil garden studio on a quiet road in Ickenham as well as online and private sessions. She has been practising Pilates for over ten years and has trained with the esteemed Body Control Pilates to achieve Level 3 REPs Matwork Certification. Cl

asses are small, friendly and offer a safe environment that provides individual feedback and correction. A wide variety of exercises and props are used to focus on progression over time, movements are modified in difficulty from beginner to advanced. She uses safe and effective techniques inspired by Body Control teacher training that produce measurable results over time.

Gym and Pilates = match made in heaven . The strength built in the gym aids Pilates sessions in the studio. Attitude of gratitude - the transformation of the garden studio from mat work to reformer classes has been a fulfilling one . Four years ago , I started with a vision and couldn’t be more grateful with the way it has taken shape. Onwards and upwards from here .
