✨️Yin Yoga vs Restorative Yoga:
A Yogic Perspective ✨

While both practices invite stillness, they serve different purposes within the broader journey of yoga.

Yin Yoga cultivates awareness through sustained sensation.
Restorative Yoga cultivates awareness through profound ease.

One leans slightly toward tapas (the transformative power of conscious discipline).
The other leans toward pratyahara and deep relaxation (the art of letting go).

Both can support the flow of prana, steady the mind, and guide the practitioner inward—but they take different paths toward the same goal: greater presence, balance, and inner stillness.

This beautiful retreat day will include:

✨️Slow Flow Vinyasa

✨️Creative Manifestation
✨️Restorative Yoga
✨️Sound Healing

Arrive from 10am to settle into the space with a welcoming tea before we begin yoga at 10.30am.

A nutritious lunch will be served, giving you time to relax, connect and recharge throughout the day.

We will close the retreat at 5pm feeling grounded, restored and inspired ✨

Take this time for yourself to soften, reflect and embrace the light of the season.
