2 weeks of graft!
Worth it of course 😍

Socials have been quiet, we've had our heads down transforming the Reyt Sauna site. The kids are back at school, and now we're back too!
We'll be sharing the Autumn events very shortly!

Our first weekend back 🌿✨

We kicked off Friday with the final Full Moon Sound event of the summer with the wonderful Amy Sacred Sounds • Sound baths • Ceremonial spaces • Leeds . Due to the weather we made a last minute move indoors to the beautiful Santosha Pontefract , thank you so much for having us at such short notice. Such a special evening with special people. 🌕

Saturday and Sunday we welcomed regulars and new faces to the new look Reyt Sauna site. So good to be back, thank you for the feedback, a few more tweaks to come!

If you missed our first one in the holidays, this one is for you 🌿☀️

Our final Family Sauna Session of the summer, and the last one of the year. There's 3 spaces left for this Friday.

A screen-free morning in nature for families together. Lower heat, warm water tubs for the little ones, juice and fresh fruit provided.

I think it's so important for our kids to see us looking after ourselves and modelling what that actually looks like. And what better way to show them than bringing them along.
