Ive always been someone who wants to help. long before nursing, long before holistic therapy. It’s who I am at my core.

Nursing taught me how to care for the physical body, to help people through their most vulnerable, often critical moments.

Holistic therapy lets me support the whole person — mind, body, energy, and emotion.
Iv learnt that these deeper layers shape how we feel physically and the body whispers long before it screams in physical symptoms. The body can often heal itself IF we give it the right conditions to do so.

This work feels like coming home.
Softer. Slower. More intentional.
My role has changed, but my purpose hasn’t.
I’m still here to help you feel held, supported, and understood in a way that feels calm, intuitive, nurturing, and deeply present.

In reflexology, the big toes connect with the brain and head, including the hypothalamus, pituitary and pineal gland🧠

These centres help guide stress, hormones, sleep, mood and overall balance.
🟢The hypothalamus senses what the body needs
🟢The pituitary sends out hormonal instructions
🟢The pineal regulates sleep, rest and circadian rhythm

When I work on this point, I’m tuning into your nervous system and noticing how your body is holding its mental load.

Tightness, crunching, sensitivity or coldness can show a mind that hasn’t had space to rest and a body sitting in stress mode

What’s powerful is how quickly this area can shift.
As it softens, the whole body begins to drop breathing slows, shoulders release, and balance returns.

Reflexology isn’t about diagnosing.. it’s about reading the body’s patterns and gently guiding it back to harmony .

Reflexology has less large‑scale research because natural therapies don’t receive the same funding as the medical world.

But in sessions we see clients easing nausea, back discomfort, pelvic tension, fertility stress, digestive issues and emotional overwhelm — often feeling calmer and more comfortable after just one session.
