Join me for a nurturing, hands-on introduction to aromatherapy, where you'll explore the magic of essential oils and learn how to use them safely and intuitively in your everyday self-care practice.

✨ During this workshop, you will:

- Learn about essential oils and their many uses as well as how to use them safely.

- Create your own aromatherapy products to support your wellbeing, including bath melts, an aura spray/pillow mist, and a pulse-point rollerball to take home

- Enjoy a deeply grounding guided meditation
