Idea taken from but tweaked

I swapped Greek yog ➡️ cottage cheese

Chocolate chips ➡️ Bournville buttons broken up

I had no baking powder in the cupboard so I used some wholewheat flour

Great quick and easy banana bread, tasty and mostly natural ingredients.

(3 eggs, 200g cottage cheese, 150g oats, 50g mixed seeds, 30g Bournville chocolate buttons, around 50g flour)

Home upper body, dumbbell only workout 🙌

As I always say - if you are not a gym member, that is fine. There is always something you can do, and that home workout is still important, and still matters just as much as anyone else's workout.

This dumbbell only workout includes shoulders, chest, back, triceps and biceps. Short and sweet.

Not every workout has to be your heaviest, strongest or best. Sometimes it is just about doing something👌

You matter. And your own workout journey matters.

After a very fulfilled weekend at my friends hen weekend with plenty of food and alcohol. Today I woke feeling tired and demotivated.

Only one way to stay consistent and that is by getting straight back to it - even if you dont feel like it, because motivation wont always be there, especially after a weekend like that!

Straight back to meal prep and an evening 5k run with

Start the week right and your more likely to make positive choices throughout the week 🙌

If you dont feel like it then tag a friend along for a walk/jog/joint plan with meal prep or joint challenges with friends. It makes it easier.

Something is always better than nothing.

Hello June ⭐️

A new day. A new week. A new month.

A great time to set new goals and review your progress.

A little reminder that whatever you set out to do is important to you.

Just because Bob down the road can run 10k in 40 minutes does not make your walk less important.

Dont forget that social media often shows you the achievements the celebrations - not the hard work and reality behind it.

I have faced times of defeat in the last 18 months rehabbing an injury, but do I give up - no❌️ Its not great and its unfortunate but I am lucky to wake up everyday and still have 2 legs that can get me round day to day.

And do I also push through injury? NO❌️

There is more to movement and exercise than a specific body image, pace or time. Think about how you feel in yourself.

Keep going and remember your worth. And if you dont know it, then find it, because we are all good at something ⭐️❤️

A wonderful morning watching ALL the runners in the wirral running festival this morning ❤️

Particularly these two, who forever question their ability. Constant doubt on whether they can do it.

new to running, putting herself out of her comfort zone for her OWN reasons and OWN achievements. Her very first 10k today, and to anyone who is a runner knows that this feeling is GREAT.

- once couldnt run down the road and is now a regular runner, constantly working hard to stay consistent and achieve more to feel ger best. Not to be faster or better than anyone else, but to be better than she used to be ❤️⭐️

Running and events are not always about pace or time to everyone. And this is one reason I dont really ask people about time or pace. If you have put yourself out of your comfort zone to achieve something that is huge to you then it doesnt matter what your pace or time was, what matters is the fact you achieved what you set out to do.

And working towards something to achieve it is not easy. There are set backs and moments you feel alot of self doubt but coming across those moments is what makes you stronger, physically and mentally.

Feeling PROUD and MADE UP for all the runners today ⭐️🫶 particularly my bestest friends and my sister ❤️

So much love to you all and if you are reading this thinking you would love to do that, then you can do something if you put your mind to it. And these 2 are a perfect example of this ❤️

Good morning 💛 and Happy friday.

This is your reminder to do a workout/routine that suits YOU❗️

Many times I have been called crazy😵‍💫 or seen as 'abnormal' for going to the gym at 5/6am, but in reality if I didnt go then I wouldnt go at all. So it isnt really a choice❗️

It is a habit that I built into my life over a long period of time. No it has not always been easy, but nothing is at first. But the more you do something, the more it becomes normal.

I go at that time because:

🔸️Going in the evening after a 10 hour day is the last thing I want to do and I just simply wont go.

🔸️A morning workout changes my whole day ahead, I am more productive and energised.

🔸️It improves my mood and sets me up for the day

🔸️It has massively helped my sleep quality (which in the past was very poor)

The above points are also a reminder that there is far more to exercise than body image and weight loss.

Exercise and move your body for your physical and mental health - just.do. something. Habit build. Stay consistent.

Ingredients total cost £7 for 4 meals

Mix the tuna with mayo and split into 4 portions

Stir fry the quinoa, stir fry mix and chick peas and season for flavour

Job done 🤝 15 mins - less than 400 calories and 38g protein in each serving 👌

Meal prep does not have to be time consuming and expensive 👌

Meal prep ⭐️

Does not need to be complicated and time🕛 consuming. If you are like me and stuck for time then things like this can be useful.

We are faced with allkinds of food battles daily "oh dont buy that pre cooked version" or "frozen veg is no good" or "you cant eat fruit it is full of sugar" 🫠🫠🫠😒😒😶

When infact if you just make better choices then thats the most important thing. We cannot be perfect everyday but if we want to make a change we have to do SOMETHING❗️ and stick to it. - if it is too difficult and restricting then you WONT stick to it.

❓️Why are we demonising frozen veg🥬🥦? It is cheap, lasts longer and you can literally micro it to cook it. ❓️Why are we demonising fruit🍓🍒? OK huge amounts are not necessarily great but its still a better option than a huge packet of moreish crisps or biscuits?!?!

I dont have the time or patience to stand in the kitchen for hours Meal prepping and following recipes and I imagine you dont either. Be creative. But FUEL your body because if you go shopping hungry your likely going to make poorer choices.

Stay full. Eat fibre. Eat protein.

Eat a balanced diet 🥬🥦🥥🍆🥔🥥🥝🫐🍐🍎🍒🥑

Or make enough evening meal to take to work the next day🙌

Client progress ❤️💫 and feedback ➡️

And there is FAR more to this than just a photo.

This is about working through the times it is hard, when motivation is low, and learning more about own habits and building healthier ones.

This is about building self confidence, feeling better mentally and physically, having more energy and a better routine.

Not everything is about image ❤️ however - she still deserves credit for the progress made with body composition too 💫👌 look at that backkkkk😍

Working and studying a masters, living a life, fitting social events in but still making time to invest in herself- this is not easy. Not every week is perfect, because she is human- we cannot be perfect all the time. But the consistency wins.

Nothing more rewarding than knowing you have had that type of impact on someone 💛 she deserves so much credit for the work she continues to put in, particularly on the days it feels so hard 💛
