🔮Is Crystal healing a myth or a fruit of our imagination?

I had my reservations and remained firmly skeptical about the benefits of Crystal healing until I experienced it myself whilst recovering from an eating disorder 🩺

To my surprise, it was not an epiphany or a state of nirvana and enlightenment, just a simple acknowledgment and acceptance of a different way to receive healing energy from a natural source 🏞

🧘🏼‍♀️I could compare it to a perfectly designed and complete in every way yoga sequence of Ashtanga primary series or sacred geometry of Mandala design.

The apparent link between the sacred geometry of Mandala and the dense structure of crystals, is a gentle reminder that all beings and creations are interconnected in the Universe by a higher collective consciousness ☯️

Crystals or minerals as they’re sometimes called, come in an abundance of shapes, colours, sizes, energy qualities and are strongly connected to the Chakra system.

All this is to say, that sometimes much needed help, guidance or assistance comes from the most unexpected sources - stay mentally alert, pay attention to your surroundings and signs 🕊

Pay attention - there is so much more beneath the surface
