Help needed!

I've been working on understanding the issues my clients are struggling with better, so I can help them in an even deeper way.

I’d love to talk to some people to help me do this, so, I am looking for women who work all day at a desk that are suffering with shoulder and neck pain who would be happy to hop on Zoom or come to my treatment space and answer some questions for me about themselves (should take around 30 mins).

Well, there’s a first time for everything!

A steam room wash and special cleansing full-body scrub, washing with water, hair washed and combed before being wrapped up in a cosy robe and led through to another room for a 60 minute massage. Head to toe. And (amongst!) everything in between.

Lymphatic Support Tips Part 1…

Lymphatic Drainage massage activates your body’s detox system. Post massage it’s important to support your body while it does its thing.

🌸 Hydrate: More frequent / ‘fuller’ pees means you need to replenish liquid & electrolyte balance.

🌸 Rest: Energy levels may drop while your body directs its focus to the detox process

🌸 Eat light meals: Don’t overload your system and derail detox by eating heavy fat, protein foods.

🌸 Gentle exercise: Encourage the lymph to move by increasing blood circulation - gently.

🌸 Deep Breathing: Stimulate those lymph glands deep within with diaphragmatic breathing. This also helps the vagus nerve relax, allowing the nervous system to also relax and enter into a ‘rest and repair’ mode.
