Sunday morning client ready for her 4th combo treatment of myofascial dry cupping, dry needling & deep tissue sports massage 🙌 This client is a full time lorry driver, driving up to 12 hours a day. She has thoracic hyper kyphosis (an excessive antero-posterior curvature of the thoracic spine of greater than 40° - FYI). Along with corrective exercises to stretch/lengthen her pectoral minor & major muscles, this combo treatment works a dream in relieving all that built up tension from poor seated posture👌🏻
