Sam George is a award nominated and published Level 4 Personal Trainer, Crossfit coach and Strength and Conditioning expert. He became a Personal Trainer after his own incredible self guided weight loss of 7 Stone back in 2010 and founded Sam George Fitness which is based in Walthamstow in 2014.

We’re Back!!!

Following on from today’s government announcement we’re delighted to announce that we will be resuming in person training from Monday April 12th.

We have a very limited number of spaces available for Personal Training and small group training so please get in touch ASAP if you are interested.

We’re back and outdoors!

Absolutely fantastic to see everyone last night in the park.

Fully social distanced, we run our groups with a maximum of 4 people.

We’ve got very limited spaces available for in person training so get in touch if you’d like to take part.

Walthamstow, we hope you're all keeping well and safe?

We've been a bit quiet online over the last few weeks but don't let that fool you, we're still providing Personal Training, Group Training and Post Natal Training all from the comfort of your own home.

Over the last 10 weeks our members have enjoyed:

Quiz Nights
Yoga Sessions
Extra 30 minute lunchtime HIIT Sessions
A nutrition workshop on intuitive eating with a evidence based nutritionist
The great SGF Training Bake Off
Movie and TV nights (Tiger King!!!)
A sleep workshop and Q and A with the Dr Liz halstead from Treat my Sleep
Communications workshop with ex hostage negotiator Cathy McDonald

We'll be preparing to open the gym when it's safe to do so hopefully in the next month or so and have very limited (and rare) prime time PT slots so please get in touch if we can help in anyway.

February 10th marks SGF Training's 4th Birthday!

A huge thank you to everyone that has come through our doors the last 4 years, many of whom are still with us.

We're so proud of our community and the work everyone puts in on a daily basis.
