I feel blessed and fortunate to be travelling for the Christmas 🎅🏼 and New Year period.

In my opinion, we don’t take enough time to slow down and to acknowledge how far we have come on our life journey.
We too often accomplish something meaningful to us, and then, we are all too ready to move onwards to the next challenge or goal.
I strongly think there is something very rich, nourishing and empowering about recognising one’s growth, development and achievements on their life path.
It offers one the opportunity to be proud of what they have accomplished, to realise their amazing abilities, and it builds true confidence in who you are.
Life is so fast moving for so many of us, and we are constantly chasing the ‘next’ thing, hoping it will make us feel better, when in reality, we haven’t stopped; and fully savoured the last thing, we so badly wanted to achieve (and did).
Offer yourself the gift, to slow down, and to reflect on how far you have come on your own unique path, and to allow yourself to feel the pride, confidence, certainty and fulfilment that you fully deserve.
December is a great time to reflect on the last year, or even the wider course of your life, to see how incredibly well you have done.
I deeply believe, that spending time to acknowledge your wins and successes, and feeling the immense value of doing this; adds enormous wind to your sails - in the pursuit of what you desire to achieve next.
Slow down, breathe, reflect and acknowledge all that you have accomplished this year.
This will fuel the next steps.

The class is a 60 minute mat-based Pilates format, designed to challenge and strengthen your whole body, with an emphasis on core work.
This class is for everyone, men and women, participants of all ages and all fitness levels are welcome 🤗
