Glastonbury Wellbeing Retreat 2026

September 10th for a 3 night stay

If you fancy a last minute blissful and magical getaway to Glastonbury Town – I have one beautiful room remaining which can be for either single or twin occupancy.

We have full use of this fantastic venue which includes; 13 beautiful cottages (ranging from one bedroom to 5 bedrooms), plus 3 glamping pods.

Here is what we have in store :

The truly delightful Chalice Well healing waters and gardens experience.

Our very own private visit to the tranquil candle lit White Spring where we will have the sacred site to ourselves for an hour.

Our brilliant 'Tor' guide will be giving us a 'tour of the Tor' :) He will also teach us about the powerful ley lines and the incredible history of the two ancient oak trees Gog and Magog.

A private visit to a wonderful hidden gem in Glastonbury Town.

Glastonbury shops (think Crystal heaven).

Spiritual workshops with incredible guest teachers.

Meditations, a new moon ceremony, earth offering ritual, plus drum journeys on the Tor.

It will be a truly uplifting and joy filled adventure.

Geoff is unable to fly over when I call for him due to moulting season (just a couple of weeks left before he is able to take flight again 🦢😊).
However he has absolutely perfected the power swim 💪🏻👍

According to studies another way Swans show recognition and appreciation is to grunt a couple of times, lift out of the water and flap their wings.
Apparently this means excitement, social bonds, a ‘hello it’s nice to see you’ or when they are eager for food (in Geoff’s case it’s probably the latter 🙄😊).

This is him saying 'Hi' the last couple of days.

Moulting season has provided me with a few treasured gifts from Geoff - and a brand new smudge stick 💜🦢💜🦢

I’m really missing Geoff and his beautiful swan family whilst away in Ostuni (which is stunning) 💜

Fellow swan lovers (well all animal lovers really) this book by Dan Keel is incredible. I can’t put it down.

Here’s a little extract:

‘More than 10,000 bird species exist across the world. Not one comes close to matching the swan for drama, grace, affection and ferocity. And not one can display all four traits in a single minute like a swan can in springtime!

Swans were swimming in rivers and waddling on wetlands long before humans arrived. As a species they have seen so much and overcome so many challenges.

The swan is a show stopper of the highest order, inspiring Greek tragedies, poems, ballets, songs, art, boats and even aircrafts.

Unlike most birds mute swans really are mute. They can’t sing like a robin, they can’t call like a crow. A hiss or an occasional grunt is all they can muster.

It’s important that we speak out on their behalf’

We are entering into the 2nd Eclipse season of 2026

Can you feel the rumblings already?

Eclipses occur on our planet when the Sun, Moon, and Earth line up. Exactly how they align determines what kind of eclipse we experience.

The second and final Eclipse season of the calendar year begins on August 12, with a near Total Solar Eclipse (90 to 96% in the UK) in the sign of Leo. This is as close to a total Solar Eclipse that we have seen since 1999.

Beginning at 6:17pm the moon moves slowly in front of the sun, the eclipse's maximum will be at 7:12pm.

Spiritually this can signify - possible breakthroughs, moments of clarity and intuitive insights.

Each Eclipse season offers us fleeting moments of darkness from which all can be created, a void or a blank canvass from which new life pours forth. A time to transcend from the old and to really rise up.

The end of this cycle occurs on the 28th August with a Full Moon partial Lunar Eclipse in Pisces. This event will ask us to go with the flow, release attachments to old ways of being and create space to welcome in the new.

We are being given the opportunity to turn the page and begin a new chapter.

A time to possibly consider how you navigate change and transition. There is often a push pull feeling from what feels familiar to that which is still unknown.

Eclipses are recognised as a portal for growth and can rapidly set things into motion. They have a way of putting us exactly where we are meant to be.

We are constantly changing, evolving and growing – during the eclipse season this happens at a faster pace, and seems to amplify our experiences. Sometimes known as upgrades, uplevels or ascension. It can be a highly transformative time.

So try to step into the unknown with an open, undefended and unobstructed heart

Do get out in nature as much as you can, especially in woodlands or by running water streams/rivers

Connect with animals, they will be feeling this too

Earth and ground, earth and ground again

Meditate maybe taking a moment to appreciate this incredible planet that we are so blessed to call our home.

Crystals I would recommend to keep close by: Sunstone, Citrine, Clear Quartz and Amethyst.

Lionsgate Portal 2026 (8/8)

I get super excited about this date every year.

During the Lion’s Gate Portal, the Earth, Sirius, the constellation Orion, and our Sun (in the sign of Leo), all come into alignment.

Sirius is considered our Spiritual Sun, so the return of Sirius each year is seen as the rebirth of our spirit energy and the spirit energy of the planet.

The name ‘Sirius’ is derived from the Greek word ‘Seirios,’ meaning ‘glowing’.

Sirius shines twenty five times brighter than our own sun.

The Lions Gate Portal is celebrated by astrologers as day of high frequency energy which you can harness, integrate and anchor into your physical reality.

Known as a time for new insights, inspiration and heightened intuition.

In numerology the ‘8’ is seen as the infinity symbol. The seeds of intention you plant today will continue to grow.
The ‘8 symbolises success, good fortune, and infinite energy.

The Lion represents – strength, courage, leadership, protection and personal power.

It is the perfect time to dig deep; what are your greatest desires?

What brings you joy, what are you doing when you feel the most uplifted and motivated?

And importantly; where do you need to stand in your power? Where do you need to remain present to what matters in your hearts, your lives, your world?

Decide on what you are ready to fully open in your life.

What inspired action can you take moving forward, with an inner love for yourself, your loved ones, the earth, and all beings?

We are invited to embody this significant time, and the current planetary energy/numerology for positive change.

Today’s

Abi the very amazing waterbird rescuer received a call to say 2 cygnets had been separated from their parents and were quite some way down the river.

Abi messaged me so I hopped straight in the car.

Located the babies and managed to coax them to follow me for a good 15 minutes until they were reunited with mum, dad and their siblings.

Honestly Geoff and Ann need to download the ‘find my phone/cygnet app’ to keep track of this mischievous bunch!

Geoff was stressed again when we arrived. So much so he was on the bank hissing and flapping at a poor man walking his dogs. I managed to get in the middle of them and calm Geoff down to lead him back to the water.

Normally Geoff is a friendly gentle giant (until he loses his babies that is)!

Successful ending again today. Thank goodness 💜🦢💜🦢

Cygnet rescue update 🦢

After such a long ordeal (and according to Jo and Abi - the amazing rescuers)
the 5 cygnets were completely and utterly exhausted.

But after a good rest and a big hearty breakfast this morning they are once again happy and healthy and back to their usual chirpy selves. What a relief 🙏🏻

It wouldn’t surprise me if they’ve already forgotten about what they went through 😊💜🦢
