🩷Many of my clients often ask me what healing treatment I recommend. This can be tricky for me as we are all so different, have different needs and life circumstances. I'm working on a way of this confusion being made simpler on my website so watch this space.

💯 Firstly my number 1 treatment recommendation will always be Reiki due to its accessibility for everyone as well as all over body balance benefits. Another option is Crystal Reiki which combines Reiki & Crystal Healing.

💜Reiki level 1 allows you to use healing on yourself, plants, animals as well as friends and family.

🩵The next weekend dates for teaching Reiki Level 1 are below. This course runs all weekend, on both Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm and is priced at £150 per person.

As many of you know I began my journey as an Artist and after some set backs in life I discovered the power and pure liberation of Meditation with Art.

As an Abstract & Intuition Artist I pride myself on my intuitive paintings which each have their own unique storey to tell. Many of them are on full display in my treatment room for both me and my clients to enjoy. I always encourage clients to absorb their healing power and allow themselves to feel drawn to whatever painting pulls them in.

I am so immensely excited to share to his post with you all! 😍🙏🤩

💯 Lisa here was my very very first student beginning her Reiki Level 1 journey and it simply couldn't have gone any better. I have so much confidence and excitement about Lisa's journey with Reiki both for her own self treatment and for others, when the time is right for her of course.

🌈Lisa and I met before her course began to get to know one another and share our stories which was really helpful for me to gauge at what level Lisa needed her Reiki Level 1 course to be set at. It was also helpful for Lisa to see if my energy and teaching style was going to feel right for her.

🩷🩷 I am doubly proud; proud of myself for achieving such a brilliant first effort last weekend and of course I'm super duper proud of Lisa for taking to healing like a duck to water, despite her own challenges that life had thrown her way so far in 2026.

🙏Lisa, I learnt so much from you, your trust in spirit, your easy going attitude and zest for life is infectious. I forgot just how much reward there is in teaching and my favourite part is the exchange that always occurs on an energetic level. For every piece of wisdom I pass on I get back X3 whether it be a thought, notion or perspective that shifts my mind in the most unexpected ways, in perfect synchronicity.
