Everyone is different but here's why a Soundbath helps some ADHD brains

🌒 Reduced decision load - In a sound bath there’s nothing to organise or prioritise. That alone can feel relieving for ADHD brains.

🌒 Sustained attentional anchor - The sound provides a single sensory thread to follow, which may reduce mental scattering.

🌒 Parasympathetic activation - Slow resonance, deep breathing, and stillness can shift the body out of “always on” mode.

🌒 Permission to stop masking - Some neurodivergent people rarely experience environments where they are not expected to perform or respond.
