Hi everyone I haven't been active for a while. I've had a super busy year and wasn't able to take on new clients, plus I moved premises 😀

I'm located in Cheshire Natural Health in Stretton.

This clinic has been an amazing move for me, I now have reception support who handle all my appointments, marketing, admin tasks. This was always a struggle when I'm focusing on treating my amazing clients. It resorted to me working late into the evenings which is something I could not sustain long term.

I only offer podiatry treatments 👣 at this clinic

Self care is so important. I try to spare some time for myself on Sundays to look after myself.

Do you have a selfcare routine on Sundays?

Every Sunday I exfoliate, this includes my feet I find this little routine convenient whilst showering as it doesn't take up my family time.
