🌟 Reflecting on a Year of Change 🌟

It’s hard to believe it’s been just over a year since I last taught yoga. So much has happened in that time—welcoming a new little one into the world, moving to a new home in Lincolnshire and embracing the beautiful chaos of life with two under two.

But with all the changes, I find myself really missing teaching yoga and connecting with my incredible students. The energy, the growth, and the shared calm we cultivated together were such a special part of my life.

As we approach Christmas, I wanted to take a moment to send warm wishes to you all. May your Christmas be filled with love, joy, and moments of stillness to recharge your mind, body, and soul.

Beautiful yogis
As a few of you know, I was intending to start my classes back in September after a wonderful maternity leave with little Felix.

However, after much reflection, our family has decided to relocate, moving back towards Nottingham to be closer to my parents, and so I won't be restarting my classes here 😔

As I prepare for this next chapter, I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for every single person thats ever stepped on the mat with me. It's been an absolute privilege to start my yoga teaching journey around Warrington and guide and grow with all of you 💚

There have been lots of special connections that we've built over the years, your support has meant more than you know and I’m so thankful for the trust you placed in me as your teacher, and I’m honored to have been part of your journey.

We'll still be here for a little while yet (the house buying process is LONG!) So I really hope I'll get to see a few of your lovely faces before I leave.

Please stay in touch, please reach out. Keep practicing, keep growing, and know that you’ll always have my support 😊

P.S - Seems a few of you in the comments would be interested in online classes, please do let me know if this would be something you'd be interested in. I'd likely look to start in January. Could this be the return of Bedtime yoga?! 🤭

Introducing baby Felix ONeill
Born on 9th January 2024 at 10.34am, weighing 8lb2oz. We had a bit of a rocky start with a week in hospital but have been soaking up our time together as a family of 4 since. We're all so in love💚

I hope you all had a beautiful Christmas and are settling into the new year gracefully. Remember, were still in the winter season, so if you're still feeling the call to hibernate, rest and reflect, honour that.
The true new year starts with Spring, where the sun starts to return and nature shows us new life and growth, this is when you can really start to transition to opening up and letting your ideas bloom 🌱🌸

Thank you so much to every body that has supported me through this year and a special thanks to those who showed up on the mat last night for our final practice of the year. My heart is full of gratitude for every one of you.
It felt like such a special class, the energy was just beautiful, the room full of warmth, smiles and festivity, and seeing the friendships you're all creating, supporting eachother, it's what these classes are all about💚

Wishing you all a magical Christmas and New year, I'll be in touch with a special update in January 👶🏻
