Are you a passionate chef who believes great food can make a real difference?

At HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a dedicated Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and create nutritious, delicious meals that support the health and wellbeing of our Residents.

In this role, you'll:
✅ Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team
✅ Deliver high-quality meals tailored to individual dietary needs
✅ Manage kitchen operations, budgets, stock, and compliance
✅ Champion food safety and HACCP standards
✅ Help create enjoyable dining experiences that enhance quality of life

We're looking for someone with:
✔️ S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery
✔️ Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum)
✔️ Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
