Parents and carers of Warwickshire children starting Year 6 this week are being reminded to apply for a secondary school place for September 2027.

Applications are now open and must be submitted by 31 October 2026 to be considered on National Offer Day (1 March 2027).

SEND reform: education otherwise than at school

The Government are seeking your views to understand how support can be improved, how responsibilities should be clarified, and how provision can be better quality assured. They are also seeking views on how arrangements can support improved outcomes, including progression and, where appropriate, reintegration.

The consultation closes on the 18 September 2026.
