I was reflecting today on how different people impact our energy—or more accurately, their unique frequency.

​One friend leaves me feeling completely inspired. Another fills me with pure energy. Another helps me pause and witness the beauty in life. Every person in our lives carries a distinct vibe that shifts how we feel.

​It made me think: I know what energy I emit to the world... but what about you? What frequency are you vibrating out?
