I’m allowing myself to feel deeply and take up emotional space.

I’m choosing to give my younger self the room they never had.
I’m choosing to let my emotions be seen, heard, and held.
I’m choosing to believe that my feelings aren’t “too much” — they’re human.

My inner child is finally allowed to feel.

This one for me is actually super hard, but getting there ....
