‼️Know the Signs of Meningitis – It Can Progress Quickly

Meningitis is a serious condition that requires urgent attention. Being aware of the symptoms can save lives!

⚠️ Common symptoms include:
• Fever
• Severe headache
• Nausea or vomiting
• Sensitivity to light
• Neck stiffness
• Confusion or difficulty waking
• Non-blanching rash (does NOT fade under pressure)

👶 In infants:
• Bulging soft spot (fontanelle)
• High-pitched cry
• Floppy or unusually irritable

🚨 If you suspect meningitis – call 999 immediately.

What a wonderful afternoon supporting Men’s Health Matters in our community. 💙

It was a privilege to be part of this meaningful event bringing people together to talk openly about men’s health, wellbeing, and support.

We were also honoured to welcome the Mayor of Bexley, whose presence helped highlight how important these conversations are for our local community.

A huge thank you to Akinyele and Charlotte for hosting and representing the team so brilliantly. Your dedication to community health never goes unnoticed.

Special thanks as well to Brigitte and the founder of the Men Matters programme for creating such an important initiative that encourages men to speak up and support one another.
