Strawberry Line Cycle Project are offering a range of free bicycle riding lessons. Whether you are looking to gain confidence with your cycle skills or try something new, like an E-bike, they can offer you support and friendly tuition.

In partnership with Vinehill Trust, they can offer:

👉1-2-1 E-bike confidence lessons,
👉Cycle confidence lessons for regular bikes, trikes or adaptive bikes
👉Learn to Ride Lessons for children and young people with additional needs
👉Cycle skills sessions for adults with enduring health conditions or disabilities.

Last Tuesday we introduced Trampolining to our Get Active Together inclusive summer activities! 🙌

This took place at Quayside Trampoline and Gymnastics Club in Bridgwater. It was great to see so many young people having so much fun being active! 🤩

🏆 Funding opportunity for grassroots & inclusive sport! 🏆

Great news for sports clubs across England and Wales! 🎉 The Aldi Sports Fund is now open, offering grants to help grassroots clubs with essential costs such as equipment, team kits, coaching, training programmes, facility hire and initiatives that increase participation. ⚽🏀🏃‍♀️

There are £3,000 Gold, £1,250 Silver and £750 Bronze awards available, so this could be a fantastic opportunity for clubs looking to make their sessions more accessible, welcoming and inclusive. ❤️

Applications are open now until 11:59pm on Monday 31st August 2026.

• How you would use the funding
• The difference it would make to your local community

Last week, we kicked off our Get Active Together inclusive summer activities with a trip to Rock Up Weston-super-Mare!

It was brilliant to see so many young people build confidence, challenge themselves and conquer their fears! 😁

We have a new Fit for Work course coming to Bridgwater! 🤩

Fit for Work supports adults with disabilities who want to get ready for employment. Over 10 weeks, participants will take part in fun, 2-hour weekly sessions led by inclusive coaches.

Together, you'll try out different sports and strength training activities that help build stamina, improve movement, and boost your overall wellbeing.

Our previous participants have enjoyed developing their teamwork, trying new activities, making new friends and much more. 🎉
