Enjoy full body relaxation with a releasing Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath. Get really comfy with bolsters and blankets, then just pause and relax.

Lie back and drift away on an ocean of sound. An hour of guided meditation & Crystal Singing Bowls, Himalayan Bowls and chimes.

Monday classes work towards building fun sequences and combining breath with your movement. The longer class time allows for more time spent on fundamentals of the yoga poses, some breathwork (pranayama) and a longer savasana (relaxation) at the end.

Students who come to this class usually work part time, are semi retired or retired. They enjoy walking, gardening or swimming and may have been previously quite physically active (running, Pilates, dancing).
•
Everyday Movement does exactly what it says on the tin. We use Yoga & Pilates to build strength and endurance in the hips, knees, feet and ankles. We flow from one pose to another to improve our balance and gain confidence in what our bodies can do.
•
We will work on a combination of floor based poses as well as standing. Chairs will be available throughout the class to use whenever needed.
•
£60 for a 6 week block
