Consistency > Intensity.

Consistency Beats Intensity Every Time.

Most blokes over 40 think they need to go hard.
Train 6 days a week.

Cut all the carbs.
Smash themselves into the ground trying to “get back in shape.”

And for about 10 days…

They’re fired up.
Then life happens.
Work gets busy.
The kids need something.
The body feels sore and wrecked.
Motivation disappears.
And they stop completely.

Here’s the truth most blokes need to hear:
You do NOT need to go extreme to get results.
You need to be consistent.

Because over 40…
The bloke who:
trains 2–4 times a week consistently
walks regularly
eats better most of the time
works on mobility
sleeps a bit better
…will ALWAYS beat the bloke who goes hard for 2 weeks then quits.

Every time.

Fitness at this age isn’t about punishment anymore.
It’s about building habits you can actually stick to when life gets busy.

Some days you’ll feel motivated.
Some days you won’t.
That’s normal.

The goal isn’t to be perfect.
The goal is to stop starting over.

Because one workout won’t change your life…
But showing up consistently for the next 6–12 months?

That changes everything.

Less pain.
More energy.
Less gut.
More confidence.
Better quality of life.

That’s the real goal.

Start smaller than you think you need to.
Then just keep showing up, mate.

I used to think “dieting” meant:

❌ Cutting out foods I enjoyed
❌ Starting over every Monday
❌ Living off chicken, broccoli, and misery
❌ Feeling guilty every time I ate something “bad”

And honestly?

That approach never lasted.

What finally changed things for me was learning how to eat like an adult.

That means:

✔️ Eating enough protein
✔️ Having some veggies
✔️ Enjoying meals with family and mates
✔️ Having balance instead of extremes
✔️ Focusing on consistency instead of perfection

You don’t need another detox.

You don’t need to “earn” your food.

And you definitely don’t need to be scared of pies.

You just need a way of eating you can actually sustain for life.

DM me “ADULT” if you want help simplifying your nutrition without the BS.

Most people don’t need a complicated diet.

They just need a simple way to build better meals consistently 👊

Healthy fats.

That’s it.

No food guilt.
No starvation.
No “magic” meal plans.

Just real food, balanced properly, to help you lose fat, build muscle, and feel better.
