Not 1, not 2 but 3 - 3 is the magic number for Denise who has recently completed her 3rd Apprenticeship in the Trust. Denise has previously completed Levels 2 and 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeships and has now achieved a fantastic 'Distinction' grade on the Team Leader Level 3 Apprenticeship. Along side these, Denise has also gained Level 2 English and Maths Functional Skills qualifications - what an ambassador she is for herself & the organisation - we are all very proud of Denise! Denise is pictured here with Erin, her manager, and Emma her assessor.

Our level 2 Healthcare Support Worker Apprentices engaged in a practical training session yesterday, to include vital signs and manual blood pressure - great to see our healthcare tutor Lisa supporting the apprentices with the practical assessment - well done to you all xx

Welcome to the Apprenticeship Team Lisa, great to see you today 👋🏨🎉

Lisa joins us as a Healthcare Assessor/Trainer/Coach. She brings a wealth of experience in delivering direct care, starting at SWB as a domestic then qualifying and working as a senior healthcare assistant across wards at City and Rowley Regis Hospitals. She has been previously nominated for Learner of the Year and worked as an apprentice ambassador for the Trust.

Lisa says “after completing qualifications with the apprenticeship team I was impressed by the support and dedication I received - I’m delighted to be able to share good practice with my healthcare learners and be part of such an inspiring team”
