🧪Comprehensive Dutch, blood and Gut Testing Reveals Hormonal and Gut Imbalances in a 54-Year-Old

📍A lovely 54-year-old, let’s have a look at her tests.
📍She has high free cortisol, but very low cortisol production. This shows a sluggish clearance of cortisol.
📍She has low oestrogen and she’s symptomatic. We have reviewed this alongside blood tests. So trialing, transdermal oestrogen and vaginal oestrogen.
📍She is on re**al progesterone and has a low preg A, so we have suggested oral progesterone, important with trialing oestrogen. If tolerates.
📍She has low end testosterone and low end DHEA, which needs supporting.
📍She was taking DIM, but we advised to stop that as that can lower oestrogen.
📍Her methylation is sluggish, so needs supporting, and she has low neurotransmitters.
📍She has subclinical hyperthyroidism.
📍Gut test shows the big three, which includes parasite, H. pylori and candida.

So we have lots to work on - and so far she’s feeling better 😃🙏

✨ Case Study: Hormones, Gut & Thyroid Health at 50 ✨

We recently worked with a 50-year-old female presenting with:
• Bloating
• Fatigue
• Low mood
• Ongoing inflammation

🔬 Testing revealed:
Her DUTCH hormone test showed:
• Low end adrenal dysfunction
• High oestrogens
• Low progesterone (mirena coil insitu)
• Low androgens
