Ready to start fresh this September with some activity?
No matter how active you are or if you’ve yet to get started – at my Slimming World group you’ll be supported to move more, more often, starting at a pace that’s right for you!
Last night, I did just this and went to my very first Zumba class! with 💃🕺 And do you know what? I absolutely loved it! It was so much fun and a great way to get moving without it feeling like a chore. ❤️
If you’d like to join us, we meet on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm at Woking Community Centre. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re a complete beginner or already love getting active! 🙌

🚀 WHAT A LAUNCH DAY! 🚀

I honestly don’t know where to start! 🥹❤️

A HUGE thank you to every single person who came along this morning to start, restart or continue their journey with me. 💕

It was so lovely to see so many old returning members, familiar faces and lots of brand-new members walking through the doors. 🥰

This morning was everything I could have hoped for and more. Seeing the smiles, hearing the laughter and feeling the excitement in the room made all the hard work getting here completely worth it. ❤️

I’m so incredibly grateful to everyone who has chosen to join me for this new chapter. Whether you’ve been with me before or today was your very first group, please know that you are so very welcome. 🫶
