Power cleans - 45kg x 3 (Also did 40kg x 6)- Not done these for a while as I don’t really do them throughout the football season. My second one was dodgy but I’m happy to do these for reps. My goal is 1 x 50kg this summer!

Back Squats - 60kg x 10 x 2
Front Squats - 50kg x 8

Hip Thrusts - 80kg x 10 x 3

I also did pull ups, chin ups, a core circuit and a quick 15 minute interval run πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ”₯πŸ’ͺ

🌟 Client spotlight 🌟

A HUGE congratulations goes to Chris, one of my online PT clients, who completed the Southampton Half Marathon on Sunday!!

What makes this achievement even more impressive is that he completed this just 106 days after tearing his Meniscus, meaning his training was completely put on hold for nearly 4 months!!

He only started running again in April so with just 1 month’s training, his sub-3 hour time is incredible!

Talking about our how my online coaching has helped, he says, β€œHonestly, I cant thank you enough for believing in me. Without you I think I would not have got past 10k. You were patient and understanding. Could not have done it without your support.”
