💥 FLASHBACK 💥

From February to November 🥲

I know I’ve had a few weeks of wobbles not being on social and just feeling like giving up!
But going to convention has given me the boost, motivation and fire to push me to continue to reach my goals.

I lost 5 Stone I know I can achieve more when my focus is in the zone!

MAKING THE RIGHT CHOICES!

I don’t know where I would be if I hadn’t started on plan. Over 20 stone? or even in the ground? ⚰️

I made the best choice for me by taking that step, wanting to do something about my weight.
Getting my mindset in the right place was the hardest for me but I new something had to be done so once I was there I made it happen!

Now 5 stone down knowing I did make the right choices! I can only thank myself for pushing through.

IT’S MY 27th BIRTHDAY!!

A present to me from me- my weight loss journey!! I couldn’t of asked for anything more than just being happy and more confident in myself! 🥰 feeling like sh*t at 16 stone I had to do something for myself and now with over 5 stone down I’m the lightest I’ve been since I left school!(11 years ago)

A bottle of water at Costco is £0.25.

The same bottle in the supermarket is worth about £0.50.

The same bottle in a bar costs £2.

In a good restaurant or hotel, it can be worth up to £3.

At an airport or on the plane, you may be charged £5.

The bottle and the brand is the same, the only thing that changes is the place. Each place gives a different value to the same product.

When you feel like you are worth nothing or everyone around you belittles you, change places, do not stay there.

Have the courage to change to a place where you are given the value you deserve. Surround yourself with people who really appreciate your worth.

Don't settle for less.

I did not want this photo taken of me on the right and after I seen it I deleted it I was in-denial if I couldn’t see myself then everything was okay.. yet I had an all you can eat Chinese buffet 😅

Hahaha who was I? 🙈🤣

My confidence has grown so much since loosing weight but I hate compliments 🙈

I also dislike when people say to me
You don’t need to loose anymore weight now”
“there will be nothing left of you”
“I prefer you with meat on”

Having comments made when I was big and yet still comments when I’m smaller just isn’t on.
If I want to loose more weight that’s down to me and get to my goal! I’m a healthy weight and still have meat on me 😅
