Sorry but this is needed to be said today after me being poorly this week with food poisoning and playing catch up today, and with a few other things that were noticed regarding rudeness and lack of care this is a kind reminder to always be kind you dont always know what someone else is going through and dealing with on a daily basis, so always choose to be kind or dont expect the same in return as my nan always said.
Thank you to everyone who visited the studio today. As many of you know, it was an incredibly busy day, and I am deeply grateful for your continued support in our studio, we prioritize giving every single client the dedicated time, care, and respect they deserve. Because of the unique nature of piercing's, some appointments naturally require extra time. Whether a client has a hidden disability, experiences anxiety, or simply needs a few extra moments to recover if they feel faint or overwhelmed, my priority will always be their safety and wellbeing.
To maintain this high standard of care, I kindly ask for your patience and understanding if appointments occasionally run behind schedule. While I always do my absolute best to stay on time, unexpected delays can happen. Being fully booked is a testament to the quality of service I provide, and I promise that the wait is always worth it. Finally i kindly request that the same respect shown to our clients be extended to myself and my family. As you know, the studio is located within my in-laws' home, and they generously step in to help manage clients on our busiest days. Lately, we have experienced an increase in impatient and disrespectful behaviour.
This work is my passion, and I strive to treat everyone who walks through our doors like family. I ask that you respect our space, our team, and your fellow clients when you visit.Thank you for your ongoing support, cooperation, and kindness.
