There are lots of myths surrounding having an IUD or IUS fitted. The copper coil (IUD) is a fantastic form of contraception, effective immediately and can even be used for emergency contraception in certain circumstances. With an experienced fitter who uses cervical anaesthetic it should not be a negative experience.

Question everything, do your own research, look out for yourselves x

Migraines can be so debilitating and can be caused by fluctuating hormones. Sometimes even a simple switch from a gel to a patch can give relief because patches are not so user-dependent and therefore provide a more consistent level of hormone 👍🏻
