Some of the best aesthetic work often goes unnoticed because good treatments are not always obvious.
'Overdone' results and bad work are talked about a lot, but people rarely comment on the subtle treatments that simply make somebody look fresher, healthier or more rested.
Many patients are now moving towards a more balanced and regenerative approach in aesthetics, focusing on skin quality, facial harmony and long-term maintenance.
Treatments such as profile balancing, mid-face support, temple filler, skin and regenerative treatment are becoming increasingly popular as patients seek more refined and personalised outcomes.
That being said, this doesnβt mean treatments have to be completely invisible to be considered good aesthetics. Some patients still prefer a more glamorous or noticeable look and that is completely okay too (when done correctly).
For me, good aesthetics is about respecting anatomy, maintaining balance and creating results that complement the individual. Understanding what is happening beneath the surface of the skin helps guide the most appropriate treatment for each patient. This may include dermal fillers, skin boosters, regenerative treatments, or a combination approach.
Aesthetic treatments should support how you grow and age, helping you feel like the best version of yourself at every stage.
