An offline summer 🌺
Mostly hiding from the heat and trying not to spew 🤢

And a camera roll full of nothing but a THOUSAND photos of our puppy as we welcome Gideon into our little family…
I ADORE him but seriously 3 out of 10 would not recommend a puppy in the first trimester 🤢😵‍💫🥱

Mornings were spent in bed, afternoons were spent chugging ginger beer and shouting “no, drop it, get down and give it to me” 😅

Last photo is like 20% baby, 80% BLOAT

A whole plethora of emotions and feels, trying my best to hold on to the little pockets of gratitude for this life ♥️

Really feeling into September, a new chapter, returning to work and a little more nourishing routine and ritual again ✨

I have missed my community dearly!!

We are back this Friday with our first women’s circle of the season.

What to expect:

✨ A chance to soften into autumn after whatever summer held for you

✨A little nervous system soothing for your soul

✨ Cacao, guided meditation, journaling, oracle cards, herbal teas and deep rest in circle

Junes strawberry summer sweetness ♥️

A month of going all in on the anti inflammatory mission, nourishing myself like it’s a full time job, and leaning into the bright medicinal magic this season has to offer.

We had a theme of uplifting JOY in our yoga classes, sweet intimate women’s circles and the dreamiest solstice day retreat in the secret garden 🌹

My September Unwind retreat sold out 🥳 and we launched The Soul Circle (which there are still a couple of spaces for btw)

Date change! Now September 5th & 6th, just after the holidays 😮‍💨
Summer can be sooo wonderful in lots of ways - but also A LOT.

Holidays, visiting trips, social time, longer days.
All lovely.
Also all a little overwhelming, and over stimulating.

In terms of our nervous systems - a little frazzling.

Our nervous systems thrive on:
routine
structure
quiet
slowness
alone time
All of the things summer is not.
(this coming from a self proclaimed summer loving girl)

Nia and I thought a little mid summer madness getaway would be lush for this reason - but it seems that the pull of the plans and busyness makes it just too difficult.

So - we pivot, we adapt!

And we are soooo excited to bring you something special for the end of summer as we transition into autumn with a great big siiigghhhh!

As I got record on our full moon Magic session yesterday I intuitively knew (something else we also cover in the tutorial) I had to share it with everyone.

Not just my sacred space members but EVERYONE.

The power we hold in our own two hands, our own nervous system, our own body - never ceases to amaze me.

I share my favourite practices with you in this 40 minute short but efficient session.

Alongside some juicy journal prompts for this current season we are moving through, reflecting on the solstice, moving into the big feelings of cancer season, and all that this very honest (!) Capricorn full moon is illuminating for us 😮‍💨
