It’s an ongoing spiritual practice ~ a gentle rhythm of learning, experiencing, reflecting, gathering and bringing what we discover back into the way we live. Whether this is your first time joining us or you’ve been coming for a while, you’re truly welcome here. You don’t need to be spiritual, religious, pagan .. or anything in particular actually. Human helps... and there’s definitely no woo-woo required!

Just bring yourself, exactly as you are, and perhaps a little curiosity about what might happen if you gave yourself half an hour to gently turn inwards.
