🪩 A LITTLE HEAD MASSAGE RITUAL

Got two minutes?
Give your head some love.

Start at your temples and make slow, gentle circles with your fingertips.

Move up into your scalp, gently massaging as you go.

Then run your fingertips through your hair from your forehead towards the back of your head.

Finish with a few slow squeezes across your shoulders.

Breathe.
Unclench your jaw.
Drop your shoulders.

And just like that…
a tiny reset.

✨ Save this for later.

Currently unavailable for bookings due to… ✨unexpected facial maintenance✨

Had a little upper blepharoplasty on Thursday, so I’m taking a few days off while my eyes have their own little healing era. 😎

No massages. No reflexology. No crystal octopuses.

Just me, sunglasses and pretending I’m in an episode of The Real Housewives of Whitley Bay.

Back soon 👀✨
