✨ We often think we need more motivation.
More discipline.
More willpower.
But sometimes what we actually need is rest.
I’ve learned that my body usually gives me little warning signs long before I reach burnout or overwhelm.
Things like:
⚡ Feeling tired but unable to switch off
⚡ Everything suddenly feeling urgent
⚡ Becoming impatient or snappy
⚡ Reaching for my phone without thinking
⚡ Pushing through despite feeling exhausted
For years, I ignored those signs.
Now I try to see them for what they are:
Messages from my nervous system asking for recovery.
Not because I’m failing.
Not because I’m lazy.
But because I’m human.
The more aware we become of these signs, the easier it is to support ourselves before we hit a wall.
