CEA Counselling Services Limited I am a qualified counsellor, a clinical supervisor and a member of the British Association of Counse I work within the code of ethics laid down by the BACP.

I am a qualified counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (www.BACP.co.uk). I will always work in the best way to suite you being open honest and transparent. As laid down in the BACP's guidelines for ongoing professional development, I have regular supervision. Counselling is a very personal experience and the therapeutic relationship as unique and individual as any in life. Life events can often seem overwhelming affecting us, as individuals, in a wide variety of ways, such as through anxiety, frustration, regret, lack of motivation/direction and low self-esteem. Experiencing this can affect us negatively and affect quality of life for ourselves, friends and family. It may seem like a variety of areas of our life are affected, such as our health, family, relationships, education, work, money. If your desire to change how you think, behave and feel is great then change will occur and I as a qualified counsellor may be able to assist with this. I can offer understanding in a non-judgemental empathic and congruent way in a safe environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings

Glimmers
❤️Being told you look nice by a random stranger
❤️ Meeting people you wouldn't meet if I'd stayed at home...lady from Berlin chatted about her visit to Liverpool.She and her friends told us they were lo9king goward to see the Anglican Cathedral
❤️Being appreciated and needed.
❤️Buying skirts with shiny sequins and tulle ...great with Drs Martens..my style
❤️Telling some one they look lovely and their outfit made you smile.
❤️Doing a random act of kindness that makes some one smile.
❤️Seeing a Robin
❤️Hearing a person's good news and being genuinely happy for them
❤️Being paid a compliment
❤️Hearing and much to the disgust of fellow road users singing at the top of my voice in the car
I hope that you had some glimmers today in your life.
They do come around..they're not expensive ..sometimes they're even free..but they make your smile reach your eyes.
