5st 2.5lb lost since April 2025.

She can now walk for miles without having to stop, she can strap in on the plane without an extender and I feel better overall.

She says she still have a way to go, but slow and steady wins the race and it will all come off

Back-to-school season often brings a fresh start ❤️.

Once routines begin to settle again, many people find it easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make time for themselves too.

A few things that always help me are planning meals for the week, keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer and having healthy lunches ready for busy days.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to work around real life.
