I had spent most of my adult life "yo-yo" dieting and every time my size increased so my self esteem plummeted. When the weight piled on I would struggle to wear the fashionable clothes that I loved and therefore always felt like the fat frump in the room. I made excuses as to why I couldn't at

tend events and hid myself away - holding back from making some much needed life changes due to not having the confidence to make them. After having my daughter I was the heaviest I'd ever been and felt physically and emotionally at my lowest. With the help of Cambridge weight plan and dedicated support one to one support I lost 5 dress sizes but most importantly have successfully kept them off for more than 3 years. How I work:
I work in a straight forward and practical way, taking into account lifestyle and any past barriers to success. I have had specialist training to further develop how I work with clients and therefore see the best possible results. I do not charge for my time and meet with clients weekly to ensure they feel supported and encouraged whilst addressing any issues that may have arisen over the week. I understand the stresses of day to day life and the juggling act that we are all on and factor this in. I am very proactive and send out daily emails to inspire and keep clients focused on their targets as well as having private support groups. I tailor make individual maintenance plans and support clients long term through weight management which I am passionate about. I have helped hundreds of clients to reach their goal weight and stay there and I would love to help you. Based in Wimbledon and South Wimbledon but all surrounding areas including Mitcham, Morden, Wimbledon Chase, New Malden, Tooting, Southfields, Wandsworth, Battersea, Putney and many more are covered by me or my team;

This summer, Daisie is stepping into the sunshine feeling stronger, healthier and more confident than ever.

At just 25 years old, Daisie was told she was at risk of a heart attack due to her weight. Determined to take control of her health and future, she joined The 1:1 Diet.
