After a lovely summer, the children are now back at school and I'm ready to open up my in-person sessions again.

Did you know that something that upset you 42 years ago could still be lingering in your subconscious affecting your day to day life?

I woke up feeling extremely heavy on my heart this morning. Over the last few years of this healing journey, I have come to learn that this means I'm usually ready to shift and heal something.

I set to and gave myself an Emotion Code session....using muscle testing to ask my sub-conscious what it was ready to release.

The feelings of heaviness on my heart were from two trapped negative emotions from the age of three years old. I had felt like a failure, and I felt unloved. I don't remember what caused me to feel these emotions, but what I love about The Emotion Code is it allows you to release the trapped emotion without needing to know details or revisit it.

It is a simple and effective process, and my heart feels lighter already.

Something I've been quietly noticing in myself and others around me recently, is the rise of Father wounds coming to the surface to be healed.

Father wounds are created in childhood and can be deeply repressed.....you might think you had the perfect relationship!
