♥️🇺🇬Do Pilates whilst giving to charity - sounds like a win - win to me. Are you free this Monday (19th) at 8pm and local to Twyford? If yes then would you like to come to my mixed ability Pilates class? Instead of paying me, you pay Karis Kids for your place (&perhaps a little more). To raise money for Christmas gifts of essentials of flour and oil for families who care for orphans as well as their own children. ♥️🇺🇬

I’ve been hosting my first series of Forest school sessions. I’m approaching the end of my training. I’ve been loving woodland club and the kids (10&11 yrs ) have been loving it. Not only that, my adult helpers are loving it. Whoop whoop!!

I love using these kindness cards from LSW on my woodland mini retreats. I pray before my participants come that the right encouragement will go to the right person. I then pop one under each Pilates mat for them to find after the relaxation. One lovely lady on reading hers said she felt “really seen”. Heavenly Father sees and cares about us all. ♥️
