This week, Ina, Callum, and Maud had a fantastic outing to Paradise Park. Ina was engaged and happy, showing lots of enjoyment as she explored the different sights and sounds. Maud was especially excited to see the dinosaur displays and interacted enthusiastically with staff and peers. Callum was relaxed and calm, making happy vocal sounds and taking in the park’s attractions with ease. Overall, it was a very positive and enjoyable community experience for everyone!

Chris, who moved into his new home at Holdingham Lodge last Friday, has been settling in amazingly. He has spent time getting to know his new staff, neighbours and today has been exploring the his new surroundings in Sleaford!

Chris has been out to get a new, stylish haircut and then treated himself to a hot chocolate at Costa! From here, he went to the card factory to get a birthday card for his brother and ended the day with a lovely pasta dish from the local Italian!

He has had an amazing day and we are all so glad to see him settling in so well!

Larbi, Leon and Barnaby recently enjoyed a fantastic day out at the funfair, filled with excitement, laughter and plenty of adventure.

At first, Larbi was unsure about attending and needed some extra reassurance from staff. With patience, encouragement and support, he gradually grew in confidence and soon found himself enjoying the rides alongside his friends. Seeing his journey from hesitation to happiness was the highlight of the day.

Leon and Barnaby embraced every moment, enjoying the attractions and sharing lots of smiles and laughter throughout the trip.

Days like these are about so much more than having fun. They build confidence, create lasting memories and provide opportunities to try new experiences in a supportive environment. 💙🎠

🎉 A very special birthday celebration brought smiles, laughter and meaningful moments for everyone at the home this week.

Daniel enjoyed celebrating his birthday with friends and staff, taking part in the festivities and making happy memories on his special day. Maud played a wonderful role in the preparations, helping to decorate and prepare food, taking great pride in creating a warm and festive atmosphere. Meanwhile, Callum enjoyed the celebrations in his own way, sharing happy vocalisations and spending time with those around him.

It was a heartwarming day filled with friendship, inclusion and joy, showing how everyone can come together to make special occasions truly memorable. 💙🎂✨

☀️ Over the weekend, Jamie and his support team made the most of the beautiful sunshine with a visit to a local disability dog show. 🐶

It was a fantastic day out, filled with friendly faces, impressive dogs and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Jamie thoroughly enjoyed the event, and his support team had a wonderful time sharing the experience with him.

Days like these are a great way to connect with the local community, try something different and create lasting memories together. 💙
