I work with individuals aged 18 and above offering short, medium and long term therapy, in person and online. I provide a safe space where you can share what might be troubling you or something you want to explore. Life can be challenging and does not always go our way, and being in a non judgemental space can help take the loneliness out of uncomfortable feelings and experiences, allowing you to

process and make sense of them. I put my clients at the centre of the process, and believe you are the expert in your own world. I aim to support you by welcoming everything you wish to share, offering compassion and empathy. I have experience working with a range of emotional issues and I offer a 20 minute free of charge consultation.
