Your emotional wellbeing is shaped by more than just what happens around you. It is deeply influenced by how your mind and body respond to daily experiences.

One pattern change….
That’s all it takes for life to start feeling completely different. 🤩

After just 3 sessions working on rejection sensitivity and people-pleasing patterns, a client shared something with me this week that genuinely stopped me in my tracks and honestly made me emotional and so happy to have my job 💖

Normally, when clients told her they were missing classes or going away, she’d feel a huge “stomach punch” feeling. 😣

Instantly questioning herself and feeling rejected. 😪

Overthinking what it meant about her. 😱

This week, several clients told her they’d be away for a month and instead of spiralling, she simply replied:

“Have a lovely time — see you when you get back.” 😍

No panic, no emotional crash and .... no making it mean she wasn’t liked. 🥳🥳🥳🥳

But the shift didn’t stop there. 🤓😁

She also found herself speaking up confidently in a situation where, in the past, she would’ve stayed quiet to avoid disapproval. 🤩

This time she trusted herself. Said no calmly. And didn’t spend hours obsessing afterwards about what everyone thought. 🏆

That’s the ripple effect people don’t realise happens when you change one core emotional pattern- no matter how long its hung over you!
