This is the Wokingham Men Walking and Talking group. Free and open to all men over 18 Years old.

We meet once a week for an hour or so on a Monday evening at 6:30pm at Cantley Park in the main car park.

Calling it a tragedy after a man is gone isn't enough anymore. Prevention happens right now—in the casual check-ins, the uncomfortable conversations, and the willingness to actually listen when a bloke says he's not alright.

If you've noticed a mate pulling away, going quiet, or acting differently, don't ignore it. Ask him twice. Listen without trying to fix it immediately. Just be there.

You don't need qualifications to save a life—you just need to care enough to show up.

If you need a safe space to get things off your chest this month, come walk with us. Zero pressure, zero judgment.
