We’re excited to launch Beyond Qualifications – a practical workforce readiness programme designed to help students develop the confidence, professionalism, communication skills and workplace maturity employers are looking for.

The programme is particularly valuable for neurodiverse students with Autism, ADHD or AuDHD. It provides a structured, strengths-based and psychologically safe environment that helps young people navigate workplace expectations with greater confidence and self-awareness.
